Can I switch between plans?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
What happens after my free trial?
Your account pauses until you add payment details, so you'll never be charged unexpectedly. You have 30 days to add a payment method, after which your data is archived.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No. Every plan is pay-as-you-go and you can cancel at any time with no penalties. We'd rather earn your business every month.
How does the introductory offer work?
New customers pay £1/month (Essential) or £2.50/month (Pro) for their first 6 months, with full access to every feature on their plan. After that, standard pricing applies.
Can I add more users?
Yes. Additional users cost £5/month each on either plan. Essential includes 1 user and Pro includes 2.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes. Paying annually gets you two months free: Essential is £59.99/year (save £11.89) and Pro is £249/year (save £50.88).
Which plan do I need for VAT or Making Tax Digital?
VAT returns, HMRC MTD submissions and Self Assessment tools are included in Pro. If you're VAT-registered or need to file with HMRC, Pro is the plan for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, and bank transfer for annual plans.
