Everything travels over HTTPS, encrypted from your phone to Mint Books.
Your link key is stored in the iPhone and iPad Keychain, not in ordinary app storage.
Every request carries your key. If you remove the link in Mint Books, iCertifi disconnects itself.
Certificates go to your own Mint Books account and nowhere else.

Does it work offline?
Yes. A certificate you finish without signal waits in iCertifi and goes across by itself as soon as you reconnect. There's nothing to remember.
Can I change the invoice before it goes out?
Always. Every certificate creates a draft. Change the price, add line items or edit the description, then send it when you're happy.
What if the same certificate is sent twice?
Mint Books recognises it by its reference number and updates the one it already has. You won't get duplicate invoices, so sending again is always safe.
Can I send certificates from months ago?
Yes. In iCertifi go to Settings, Mint Books, Sync From. Pick Last Month, Last Year, All Time or a date, then tap Sync All.
Does it cost extra?
The link itself costs nothing. Mint Books has its own subscription for invoicing and accounts: 14 days free, then £1 a month for six months, then £9.99 a month on Essential.
