How to Invite Your Accountant

1Sign in to Mint Books at my.mintbooks.app
2Click Accountant Access in the sidebar
3Enter your accountant’s email address in the “Invite by email” box
4Click “Send Invite”
5Your accountant receives an email with a link to accept the invitation
6Once accepted, they appear under “Connected Accountants” with a green Full Access badge
7To revoke access at any time, click “Revoke” next to their name

Optional – Quick-View Link

If your accountant just needs a quick read-only look without creating an account, scroll down to the “Quick-View Link” section and click “Generate Link”. Copy the link and send it to them.

This gives view-only access to invoices, expenses, VAT data, journals, and trial balance – plus CSV export. No changes can be made through this link.

That is the read-only Quick-View link. No sign-in needed. You can view invoices, expenses, VAT data, journals, and trial balance, and export as CSV. You cannot make any changes through this link.
